Fairly Light Foundation
Fair skin & Touche Eclat?
Alright. I use BE fair/fairly light foundation. I am not ecstatic about the coverage for my dark circles and bisque is too dark for me. Does anyone know if YSL Touche eclat is a good concealer for someone with the fair skin? Also which color of touche eclat do I choose? # 1 appears darker than # 2 (maybe it is just my computer)
YSL Touche Eclat is a fairly good conealer for people with fair skin. However, it is usually too pink to use on break outs or any other part of the skin other than under the eyes. #2 (luminous ivory) is darker than #1 (luminous radiance). #2 is also a lot pinker than #1. Also, if you have yellow (rather than pink) undertones to your skin, Touche Eclat will not suit you.
The lightest concealer on the market today is Bobbi Brown's Creamy Concealer in Porcelain (which is one shade lighter than Ivory) see here: http://www.bobbibrowncosmetics.com/templates/products/mp.tmpl?CATEGORY_ID=CATEGORY2781 . I have very pale skin and have used both YSL and Bobbi Brown and I have to say that Bobbi Brown's product is a much better colour, blends into the skin better and is easier to apply.
