How do you change the eye color on a picture in photoshop?
like i know a lot of people know how to do it, but im new to it.
so if you could give me step by step instructions on how to, that would really help.
AND
how do you change the background color of a picture on photoshop? so like it can have diff. designs on it (ex: stripes)

Select the eye by using the pen tool (P) or lasso tool (L)
and then after that go to Image>Adjustments>Variations and do the variation part as you can see the preview of the changed colour............. and then level it by pressing CTRL+M
Thats it you are done
