During the warmer months I use this as a night cream and in the colder months I use some of this over my regular face cream in the morning. A little goes a long way and it has made a huge difference in how my skin looks - in particular in the winter. My rosacea always used to flare up during Jan/Feb because of the wind - but this lotion blocks the wind and more than vaseline (which I used to use on really windy days or for skiing) it is made for more delicate facial skin so it feels nourishing and doesn't clog pores.
