Which product is the best for body care?

I'm 31 weeks pregnant and my skin has become really dry. I'm searching for the best body lotions and butters on the web. What would you prefer?
Is this true that the expensive products work well than the cheaper ones? e.g I love "body shop" stuff but they are expensive as compared to other companies, so is it worth the cost?

I had the same problem when I was having my first child. My skin was horribly dry. I found the best way to treat it was by rubbing in a little johnsons baby oil while in the shower -rinse off any excess oil and pat dry. Then I used a Nivea body lotion (one for very dry skin - dark blue bottle) - The Nivea lotion was quite thick but boy did it work. Within a week the dry skin was gone.
