This Bioelements oil-free lid and lash cleanser is a blend of flower water laced with herbal extracts which gently removes makeup. Formulated with anti-inflammatory extracts, it is safe for contact lens wearers and removes all traces of makeup without irritating eyes. Apply with damp Bioelements Silk Sea Sponge or cotton pad. Wipe downward on closed eyelids and then rinse off. It can also be used over your entire face to remove makeup before cleansing.
