Eyeliner thats Cry-proof??

Ok i have a problem with eyeliner, liquid, pencil and crayon-like ive tried all the drugstore eyeliner even tho it says long wearing and waterproof and smudge poof it still runs off

maybe becuz i wear contacts and i tend to have watery eyes, AND plus im a sensitive person so i tend to cry alot sometimes, and i end up looking like a raccoon monster lol!

so please i NEED to know a gooood brand that even tho when i cry or swim or sleep it wont comes off untill i use my makeup remover. So far i have my eye on MAC Powerpoint Eyepencil/ Liquidlast Liner and Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On EyePencil i havent brought them yet cuz i still wanna research more options before buying it.

If you have any suggestions to other brands plz list them ^.^ thank you!!!!
