Pure Eye Shadow

Pigments???! (make-up pigments of course icon smile Pure Eye Shadow )?

so i went to Inglot today and i bought what i think was similar to MAC's pigments.. and the one i bought from Inglot's called "Pure Pigment Eye Shadow"

And i was just wondering, could i use the Inglot pigment the same way i would use MAC pigments? i.e you could use it to make ur own blush, lip gloss, tinted moisturizer etc. or u could apply it wet etc..?
