whats best the liquid liner ot the pencil?

which one do u like best??

i use the pencil and i after like 15 mins its rubbed away.

do u wear it on the top aswell if so how do u apply it

will u give me some tips on eye liner pls??

for doing the top lip do u need to use liquid?

for top eyelid, i recommend liquid liner
for bottom lid, eyeliner

practice at home with liquid liner, it can be a little hard at first, especially if u have shakey hands. u can do 2 things w/liquid liner

1. use a sharpened eyeliner and do ur top lid with it.. then apply the liner above it so u already have an idea of how to do the line

2. u can use a post it flag and apply that to ur closed eyelid. apply the post if flag to ur eyelid (depends on how thick u want the line). If u want a thin liner line, then apply the post it flag as close as possible to ur eyelid. If u want a think line, apply the flag a little bit farther than ur eyelid. Then, with the liner, pass the liner on the skin between ur liner and the post it flag.

Do you use a wet eye liner or a pencil to outline your upper eye lid?

Which is better and what do you prefer?

you can use both but i would reccomend using a liquid because it makes your eye look more defined and blacker and if you use a pencil it could smudge or melt more easily
