Kay Mineral Powder
what foundation is best for large pores?
Ok, so I have been using Mary Kay's mineral powder; but when I see myself in the mirror. All I see is my large pores and my wrinkles more noticeable. Can anyone give me advice as to what foundation I could use to minimize my large pores? Should I stick to powders only or powder and foundation?
I 100% Recommend Bare Minerals make-up. also called Bare Escentals. its amazing and great for your skin. I used to have bad acne and make up never covered it, it covers it really well and it helped my skin clear up (with the help of another regime too). You can find it at Sephora, online and some malls have their own Bare Minerals stores!

So we have all read that vitamins and minerals are essential for a healthy mind and body, but did you know that now they are essential for healthy cosmetics? Mineral based make-up is comprised of pure minerals rather than fillers and colors and can come in powder, liquid or cream versions to accommodate all skin types. Most women who switch to mineral make-up never go back. It allows for full overall coverage but is virtually weightless and invisible. What you achieve is a soft focus and glow. Mineral make up is rather easy to apply and blends beautifully with every skin tone.
TIP1: Mineral make up is especially beneficial for women with acne, rosacea, or other problematic skin conditions. With mineral make up you can layer without getting the "heavy" look and feel or without the line across the bottom of your chin. Also the mineral is non-comedogenic is less likely to cause adverse reactions.
HEALTHY GLOW
Many women report that simply using a mineral based make-up improves their skin, blemishes disappear, pores shrink, and unknown reactions or allergies to other products become nonexistent. Mineral make-up doesn't contain talc, chemicals, or fillers but supplies the skin with natural oils and minerals and most contain zinc oxide that provides sunscreen protection.
TIP 2: Mineral Make-up isn't exactly cheap but it provides benefits that aren't cheap if you acquire them through multiple products. Plus mineral make-up goes on so smoothly and is so finely spun that a little goes a long way. I suggest sampling mineral powder or buy from a company like Mary Kay that allows for a full refund. But when you do try mineral powder (because you will hear about it from now on till you try) make sure you tap your brush before application to knock off loose powder and start with less than you think you need.
