Is there any rules to how to put on false eye lashes? is it better not to have masacra on?

Put all your eye make up on, except mascara (you can put this on after the lashes are in place).
Use a pair of tweasers to hold the lashes at one end and apply the glue in a thin line along the lashes.
Wait for about 10 seconds and the glue will become tacky.
OK, now the tricky part -
Using the tweasers, place the lashes to the inside of your lashline and very gently lay the rest of the lash as close to your lashes as possible.
Leave them for a few minutes and then apply mascara.
