How can i prevent my eyeliner from making my eye bags noticeable ?
when i put eyeliner on my lower lashline i tend to pull the skin around it so its easier for the eyeliner to go on, but after i've finished it makes my eye bags really noticeable >.<
i know i shouldn't tug the skin but sometimes its just easier tbh, &+ even when i don't tug the skin my lower lash lines a bit puffy so the eyeliner just accentuates that
To hid your bags use a cream, pressed concealer, it's better than liquid, liquid concealer just hides the dark parts under your eyes.
You don't have to tug to apply eye liner, you could get the back of the brush and gentle pull it down, this will be much easier and will not tug and make your bags worse/more noticeable.
