Ultra Shimmer 88 Piece Eye Shadow Palette Or 88 Piece Eye Shadow palette?

From Coastal scents..Shiny? or no shiny. Shiny or no Shiny....

I own both and both are great and if you can afford both get them.
If not go with the shimmer because it is alot easier to work with.

MAC COSMETICS Eye Shadow Palette's In The UK?

I was to purchase one of these, so i can then fill it will mac eye shadow pans, regarding these palette's i have a few questions so:
1. are these avaliable for the public if so can they be purchased if you just walk into a store and ask for one
2. what sizes are avaliable, i.e - a palette containing 15 pan eyeshadows ( i know that one exists)
3. If i want to fill one of these palettes, all 15 then how much is is going to cost me
4. are the pans, cheaper to purchase instead of the eyeshadow colours in individual containers, if so by how much
i know its a lot, please answer if you can
