Should i use Philosophy skin care or rare minerals by bare escentuals for my sensitive skin?

I do not have severe acne....Just tiny little bumps under my skin. Nothing has worked to get rid of them. I started eating much better and taking vitamins, however i want a new skincare. I have tried rare minerals but i heard more about philosophy. What do you think is better any why?....Thank you so much

Which one is better? Sheer cover's kit is start around 30 bucks and Bare escentuals, only 1 foundation costs 30 bucks. which one should i get and which one is better?
