premature aging because of facial creams:( help?

I'm 16 .my skin lost firmness and radiance after I used several acne treatments and moisturisers ( which claimed to give me healthier looking skin with less spots...)

I still have spots, but my skin is just sooo dry,flaky,pale and unfirm. I think my skin is prematurely aging!

yet, I don't want to use any more moisturisers or treatments because I don't trust them any more:(

I'm so annoyed about my skin and don't know what to do ..I'm only 16 and it's not fair that I have to go through this because of the facial creams I used
I used neutrogena , clearasil and boots botanics . they're all rubbish, worked for a few days then ruined my skin

I too have acne scars. I think if you just stopped using all the products you are using now and give your skin some time to heal itself, you'll be back to where you started or better. Sometimes the same products that we expect to help actually make things worse. So try this... stop using all these stuff, let your face recover from all the harsh chemicals. But do wash regularly, perhaps with some face wash that's mild - Clinique comes to mind - their face bar soap and moisturizer are really mild. Unfortunately, the spots are going to take a little while to go away. The good news is, you're young and young skin regenerates quicker than 30-something skin. The spots actually get darker when you get some sun, even for just a little bit when you're out and about. Find a moisturizer that is light that has SPF.
