My eyeliner always smudges?

I use cover girl outlast smooth wear and it says "it lasts all day" but it doesn't. I carry q-tips around and when it smudges i use it, but by the end of the day i used to many q-tips there's no eyeliner left. What can I do to prevent this?

I use eyeliner that sharpens itself and I use it on my bottom line.

Definitely try liquid eyeliner. And no offense to cover girl, I like lots of their products, but for eyeliner, what you pay is what you get. I've tried L'Oreal eyeliners, and they last pretty well. Or if you prefer pencil shelf-sharpening ones, clinique quick liner is good.
Also try putting some powder on your bottom line before applying eyeliner. It really helps, but be careful not to get it into your eye, and just dab a tiny bit with a q-tip.

Has anyone tried using a lip stain? ?

I was thinking about getting a lip stain but I wasn't quite sure how it worked. I want to go for the natural lip (like one you would want to kiss) but I don't want it to feel dry to the touch (kiss) like it feels when you use all day wear lipstick (like cover girls outlast all day lip color)

Is it drying to the lips? Does it look natural? What are you experiences with it?? Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Lip stain can be gorgeous on the lips only if applied correct though.
for begginers i would only reccomend you start of cheap if you cant afford it because it can be very very messy and really does stain and can go to waste very quickly!!

tips for buying lip stains''

1.Go to your nearest make-up and beauty counter and ask for a demonstration on you and play around with the colours. usually done for free:)
2.try to buy ones with extra moisture in them.
3.when you get the hang of it id reccommend buying a good one not cheap.
4. Drink lots of water to maintain the hydration in your lips so they wont dry out!

also able to put a light lip balm over your lips after the application. so your lips arnt dry.

not all lip stains will work with lip balm over them. but definatly worth a try.
now for a natural alternative, wine or strawberrys give that romantic rosy lip stain naturally and dosent dry your lips
