Women know that there's nothing worse than standing at a checkout counter digging in your purse for coupons, change or money. Looking for your car keys or your cell phone can take up precious time. There's already not enough hours in the day to get everything done that we'd like, so why waste it searching for things in our purses. Here are some ideas and tips to help make your life and your handbag clutter free.
Let's begin with things to look for when purchasing a new handbag. Shop for one with some built in storage options like inside pockets or cell phone pouches. Outside pockets are great for keys and phones. And remember the more oversized the bag, the more things you'll have to get lost in that bag.
Another thing that people overlook is their wallet. Look for one that has not only a place for credit cards and dollar bills but a place for your change as well. Why carry a separate change purse? It's one more thing to search for at key times.
Makeup bags in different sizes and colors can be used to organize things within your bag. Cosmetics can go in one and coupons & receipts in another. Clear zip lock bags are a great option too. They work well for vitamins, aspirin, tissues or hand sanitizer. Purchase travel size products that will take up less room.
And remember, we do not have to carry everything that we own in our handbags. Lighten up your load. Your shoulders and back will thank you.
