Ponytails. Not much brilliant color but lots of black and neutrals. Rosettes, ruffles -- lots of ruffles -- and tight mermaid dresses that made walking almost impossible.

What color palette should I use?

I have fairly light skin, like a caramel shade. What are the best lip/eye colors for my skin tone?

Okay, with your skin colour, you can do a lot. You can add bright colours and all that fun stuff ;D

Purple eyeshadow (Light, with a tint of white) would look cute on you. And maybe some pink

Some soft pink blush dabbed on your cheeks

And, some pink lip smacker/gloss. xD And your good!
