need help applying bare escentuals shadows!!!!!!?

i love the bare escentuals glimmers, glimpses and shadows but i cant seem to apply them! i bought this the other day. how do i put them on? are these good colors for brown eyes?

Those do look like good colors for you.

I use loose eye shadows a lot ( including Bare Minerals ) and these are the the steps I use to make it work for me-
1. Apply a eye shadow primer ( my personal fave is Urban Decay Primer Potion, MAC paints or MAC Cream Color Base. )
2. I like to use my loose eye shadows wet ( or foiling is what it is called ) I use MAC Water Based Mixing Medium ( or plain water is OK ) mix a drop w/ the eye shadow- make it into a paste and apply it my eye lids. I find that it makes the colors more vibrant and last longer.
3. The last step I do is blending and highlighting colors. This kit has a ivory shade you can use for that. I would put the ivory shadow under my brows and just slightly on to the top of the main eye shadow part- and just blend it in. That way there won't be any harsh lines.

How do you get eye shadow to really stay on for single eyelids?

I've triend the Mac base for eye shadows, mineral veil from bare escentuals, waterproof eyeliner, revlon 12 hours smudeproof eyeliner, but nothing works! It always ends up in a greasy crease.

Urban Decay Primer Potion is the best! I didn't think it would make a difference, but I was so wrong. My eye makeup never creases now. And it still looks perfect at the end of the day. The other day I went to bed without washing off my eye makeup and my eyeshadow still looked good when I woke up the next morning.

You should be able to get a free sample tube at the Sephora counter. It's usually $15 but the full size tube lasts for a long time.
