Is this kind of liquid eyeliner good, and easy to put on?
this is a pic of the eyeliner. i have some and i havent used it yet.

(please dont suggest all other kinds of eyeliner, im ordering me some good eyeliner from Avon in the pencil..i cant stand it when someone dont even answer my question, they always answer it by suggesting something else)

every eyeliner is good for a short period of time of course. and may i suggest getting it in a fine point? is it like a marker? well if it isn't don't get it. its hard to put on. im talking bout those ones like a white out bottle. are you gettin me?
