I feel better and have alot more energy when I take this. I don't sleep as long and get up more refreshed. I call it my kick in the but morning drink. After taking it for a week or so I notice that I just feel better overall. It's not a miracle but I can tell when I have been out of it for a while. That tired sluggish feeling comes back. Even my husband notices a differance in me when I take it. Although he says it doesn't effect him the same.
