draw whiskers (not really thick just light strokes) on your cheeks and then lightly rub it in. I watched a woman do it in benefit makeup store to my friend

Liner Pencil whats best the liquid liner ot the pencil?
which one do u like best??
i use the pencil and i after like 15 mins its rubbed away.

for doing the top lip do u need to use liquid?
for top eyelid, i recommend liquid liner
for bottom lid, eyeliner
practice at home with liquid liner, it can be a little hard at first, especially if u have shakey hands. u can do 2 things w/liquid liner
1. use a sharpened eyeliner and do ur top lid with it.. then apply the liner above it so u already have an idea of how to do the line
2. u can use a post it flag and apply that to ur closed eyelid. apply the post if flag to ur eyelid (depends on how thick u want the line). If u want a thin liner line, then apply the post it flag as close as possible to ur eyelid. If u want a think line, apply the flag a little bit farther than ur eyelid. Then, with the liner, pass the liner on the skin between ur liner and the post it flag.

you can use both but i would reccomend using a liquid because it makes your eye look more defined and blacker and if you use a pencil it could smudge or melt more easily
What is a good foundation?? Photo finish would be my ideal?
I am getting married early next year and need a good foundation that is going to last all day and night, look great in photos and wont look caked on up close!
My skin type is combination, still get the occasional blemish and im in my late twenties incase that makes a difference.

L'Oreal tests on animals. They are also made with animal fat and oils - NOT good for your skin in the long run.
If you prefer mineral makeup - definitely go with Bare Minerals. They don't test on animals. I use it occasionally and have always gotten compliments on my complexion when I do.
If you prefer liquid foundation, I love Revlon ColorStay foundation. Revlon doesn't test on animals, either. And the foundation really does stay on all day as well. Use a primer first for the ultimate effect.
